2026 Work Experience & Insight Programmes
At Howden, we do things differently because we believe opportunity should be for everyone. If you said yes to two or more of the above questions, then we want to invite you to a week-long, innovative, energetic, hands-on experience at Howden HQ in London – with all expenses covered by us. We'll pay for your travel, accommodation and any loss of earnings. It doesn't matter where in the UK you are based; this experience is open to everyone.
Our goal is to give you hands-on experience in the insurance industry. You bring the creativity, ambition and fresh ideas; we'll provide the tools and guidance to help you thrive.
