Our Insight sessions give you an insider’s view on what working with us would be like.
The sessions are designed to give you a first look at the world of work, and insurance is a great place to start. You’ll get a glimpse into a global industry that’s more dynamic and people-focused than you might expect.
You’ll meet our people, hear their stories and start to see where you could fit in. No pressure, no expectations. Just a chance to explore, ask questions and open your mind to what’s possible.
What you need to know
The only route onto our insight programmes right now is to be shortlisted for either Undergraduate of the Year or Future Apprentice of the Year.
All 40 shortlisted candidates from both awards will be invited to our headquarters in the City of London. These fully funded experiences cover travel, accommodation, and any loss of earnings, so every participant can take part.
These awards are managed by targetjobs.
The Future Apprentice Of The Year Celebrating Social Mobility
To apply you’ll need to:
- be in year 12 or equivalent
- attend a state school
- receive free school meals
The Undergraduate of the Year Award Celebrating Social Mobility 2026
To apply, you’ll need to be:
- in your first-year of study
- on course for a 2:1 for your degree
and meet two of the following criteria:
- Have received free school meals
- Attended a state school
- Be the first person in your family to attend university
