Howden US appoints Ben Hanback as Executive Vice President

Miami, 23 October 2025 – Howden today announces the appointment of Ben Hanback, Executive Vice President, Howden US. Hanback will form part of the Howden US leadership team, as the new US retail business continues to build momentum and attracts more market-leading talent.
 
Based in Nashville, Tennessee, and reporting to Howden US CEO, Mike Parrish, Hanback will be pivotal in expanding at pace Howden’s US Health & Benefits team, and supporting the growth of Howden’s US operations in Tennessee and the broader Mid-South region.

With more than 34 years of experience in the insurance industry, including leadership roles with Aon, Regions, and Unum Life, Hanback brings a strong track record of delivering revenue growth, building high-performing teams and driving strategic client engagement.
