Howden promotes Mark Ramsook to Managing Director, Global Services, Employee Benefits
London, 17 April 2026 – Howden today announces the promotion of Mark Ramsook to Managing Director, Global Services for Howden Employee Benefits. This newly created role will support continued growth and deliver a consistent, market-leading value proposition for clients across its global footprint.
Mark brings over 25 years of experience across global and domestic Employee Benefits, with a strong track record of advising clients and leading teams across multiple countries.
With rapid growth comes a clear need. This role has been created to build on our strong foundations, unlock our full potential, and drive growth towards our 2030 ambitions.
Mark will lead a global team across sales, marketing, product and proposition, aligning capabilities and tools to better support regional growth. He will continue to report to Glenn Thomas, UK CEO and Global Practice Leader of Health & Employee Benefits at Howden, working closely with him and the UK & Ireland team, regional leaders, and new colleagues in the US.
