Howden appoints Cesare Lai as Head of Employee Benefits and Wellbeing in Italy
Howden, the international insurance broker, today announced the appointment of Cesare Lai as Head of Employee Benefits and Wellbeing for Howden in Italy. Lai brings a wealth of experience to the role, having worked for over 20 years in the sector, at AIG, Mercer, WTW and, most recently, serving as Chief Executive Officer of Generali Welion.
